We loved the convenient location and proximity to transit, sites, and convenience stores. The hotel's free snacks were a great perk, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room and hallway impressed us, as did the unique experience of not wearing shoes inside. The onsen running from 5pm to 10am was a perfect way to relax after a long day of shopping.

Felt like home, no complaints at all.

The onsen at Onjuku Nono Asakusa was such a treat after a long day exploring Tokyo. The hot spring water was black tea colored, thanks to the minerals, and the shower area with hot ceramic pots/tubs was beautiful. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, with great facilities and a delicious breakfast. The location was also convenient, with easy walking distances to bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Tokyo.

While there were some minor drawbacks, such as the lack of clear instructions for foreign guests regarding onsen etiquette and the absence of curtains or blinds in the rooms, these did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The location of the hotel was great, very convenient for exploring the city and close to public transportation. The onsen bath was a fantastic way to relax, especially after a long day of sightseeing.- The staff were friendly and helpful, providing information about the local area and making our stay comfortable.- The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, both the rooms and the common areas were well-maintained.

The rooms were quite small, making it difficult to fit in all our luggage and move around comfortably. The pillows provided were rock hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area amongst busy main roads but just a short walk away from everything. The service was impeccable - we were able to take advantage of laundry facilities and the staff was always helpful. The room was well-appointed with everything we needed, including air conditioning and soundproofing. We especially enjoyed using the built-in sink and appreciated the free toiletries. The flat-screen TV was a great touch and the dining restaurant was fantastic. The leisure facilities were top-notch - the sauna and spa centre were amazing and we loved the hot spring bath. We also appreciated the public bath and the free wi-fi and luggage storage. Plus, the 24-hour reception and 24-hour security gave us peace of mind.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Asakusa. The hotel facilities were great, with a relaxing onsen and comfortable rooms. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated the option to decline room cleaning to save some money. The location was ideal, as it was really close to all the good Asakusa sights to see and just a stone's throw away from the subway station. The staff was friendly and helpful, even providing stickers to cover my tattoos for the onsen experience.

    Cannot find any fault.
